Bancroft Engineering’s Wheel Welder is engineered for precision, repeatability, and efficiency when welding automotive wheels and rims. Designed for production environments, this system supports wheels up to 32″ in diameter and provides reliable clamping, accurate torch positioning, and options for steel or aluminum GMAW welding. With grounding from above and below and the ability to protect polished finishes, it delivers consistent welds while maintaining wheel aesthetics.
Wheel Welder
- Supports wheels up to 32” in diameter and 16” deep.
- Can be equipped with Steel or Aluminum GMAW welders.
- Manual repeatable torch locating mechanism.
- Pneumatic clamping and unclamping for part loading and removal.
- Grounded from both top and bottom, allowing for non-metallic table cover for protecting polished wheels.
- Optional addition of programmable skip welds.
